Breathe in the fresh mountain air
Summer in the Alps
Enjoy the beauty, landscape and wildlife of Flaine in the summer. The resort opens for July and August to host a wide range of summer activities for those who relish time in the mountains.
Flaine offers a 'summer pass' to enjoy the activities on offer. From crazy golf, to high ropes and table tennis to bumper ball.
The Forum opens up into a vibrant space to sit and enjoy the views and sunshine alongside food and drink.
The cable car to Les Grandes Platieres is open during the summer to enable you to get to the top of the resort with amazing views of snow covered Mont Blanc. A perfect place for a picnic and often some petanque before taking a walk back towards the resort meeting ibex (wild goats) and cattle en route.
There are a host of stunning walks of differing 'challenge' levels around Flaine to Les Carroz and across to the Tete des Saix.

Other activities include, but not limited to mountain biking, paraponting and canyoning.
Flaine Golf is also open where you can play a round of golf with the most amazing views or just hit some balls on the driving range.
The weather is Alpine and does vary from hot and sunny to misty and wet so all weather wardrobes are essential! But time in the Alps in the summer should not be missed.
