How to book

We deal directly with all bookings.

Tell us what your requirements are including dates of travel and the number of people.


We are happy to offer any advice that you may need. 

You can also book via AirBnB.

You will of course pay the AirBnB fees doing it this way and may miss out on direct booking discounts that you may see advertised on this page.

Last minute deals can be booked via this page as full payment is required immediately for these.

Payment & Conditions

If booking via AirBnB - please follow their terms and conditions.

If booking direct with us:

To secure your booking we require a 15% deposit which is non-refundable

The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.

You can pay amounts in between if easier for you to stagger your payments.

If you have done this and need to cancel we will reimburse you for any payments made over the 15% deposit as long as you cancel prior to the six week final balance call.

We will invoice you at each point.

By paying the deposit you are agreeing to the above terms.

We recommend that you take travel insurance to cover you for cancellation.


With regards to Covid-19 restrictions:

If you are unable to travel because:

1. The resort of Flaine is closed (this includes in the ski season that the lifts are not operating) due to Covid.

2. There are Government travel restrictions in place that mean that travel to and from France is not permitted (this includes France being on the government 'red' list)

3. If France imposes quarantine restrictions upon arrival that would mean not being able to engage with your holiday e.g. a 5 days quarantine.

We will guarantee a full refund.

This does not cover a situation whereby you decide that you prefer not to travel and only includes situations 1-3 above.


Our Prices Include

Our prices are for the apartment and not per person.  The apartment sleeps up to 4 people and we do not permit bookings above this number.

Our prices are inclusive of:

  • Linen: the beds will be made up for your arrival

  • Towels: each person will have a bath sheet and hand towel.

  • Additional Linen: bath mat and tea towel is also provided
  • Cleaning: the apartment is professionally cleaned by White Horizon Property Services after each visit.

  • Welcome Pack: we offer our guests a small welcome pack upon arrival 

  • You can request a WiFi box and this is included in the price for the ski and summer season.  For bookings in the inter-season there is an additional charge and the boxes are subject to availability.  It is up to you to collect the booked WiFi box from the Tourist Information Office and return at the end of your visit.  Any costs incurred through failure to return the box will be charged to you.

If booking directly with us we add the local tourist tax to all our booking prices.  This is a required tax that we collect on your behalf and pay to the local authority.  This will be clearly outlined on your invoice.
